Our products are usually shipped within 2-10 business days (except when the product being purchased is a pre-order) using UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

When pre-ordering a product, the estimated date of shipment will be listed under the product title on the website.

You may cancel your order for a full refund up until the time you receive your shipment confirmation email with tracking information.

If you cancel after your order has been sent, you are responsible for the return shipping fee.

In addition, the original shipping fee we incurred to send the bike to you will not be refunded (even when ‘free’ shipping is advertised).

Each Juiced Bike comes with a 3-year manufacturer warranty. Check our Warranty Policy for more information.
