Returns, Cancellations, & Refunds

Please review our policy regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds carefully before making your purchase.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before the package's tracking status updates to "Out for Delivery." Fees apply based on the shipping status at the time of your request. If you cancel your order before you receive your shipment confirmation email, you will receive a full refund. If you request to cancel after the order has shipped, but before the tracking status states "Out for Delivery," we will initiate a "Return to Sender" with our shipping carrier. For any cancellation intercepted en route, the customer is responsible for a $300 reroute and restocking fee. This $300 fee will be automatically deducted from your final refund.

Returns

Our policy is All Sales Final. Once the tracking information states "Out for Delivery" or the package has been delivered, it is no longer eligible for a cancellation, return, exchange, or refund for any reason. If you accidentally order a product by mistake, you must contact us to cancel it before it goes out for delivery. Once it is out for delivery or delivered, the sale is final.

International Purchases

If you make a purchase from outside of the United States, your credit card company and our payment processor may apply currency conversion charges. You are solely responsible for these charges. We can only issue refunds in USD up to the full amount of your original purchase (minus any applicable fees).

Accessories and Apparel

All apparel and accessory purchases are strictly non-refundable and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.

Damaged or Defective Items (Exchanges)

We only replace items if they are severely defective or extremely damaged upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, do not attempt to return it without authorization. Please immediately contact our support team at contact@juicedbikes.com with photo or video proof of the damage so we can review your case for a replacement.

Processing Your Refund

For approved, pre-delivery cancellations:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us until we have authorized the return in writing. Once the package successfully delivers back to our facility, your refund will be processed. The $300 reroute & restocking fee will be deducted from your total order amount. The remaining credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of days.
